Dhaka is the capital of Bangladesh. There are different say about the name Dhaka. Some said Dhaka word comes from the tree named Dhak. Again some used to say Dhaka word comes from Dhakessory Temple which was built by Ballal Sen. Besides this Some used to say that in 1610 Islam Kha built the capital this area by creating sound with Dhak, and thus that area is known as Dhaka.
